Refund policy

We at LoQo's have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products  and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

  • unused and the same condition as you received it
  • the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned after seven days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

Exclusive Sale

  • Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.

Exchange / Return Limitation and Exceptional Circumstances
Each order shall be eligible for a maximum of one (1) exchange only. Any request for a further exchange or return of an exchanged product shall be considered only under exceptional circumstances and shall be subject to internal review, verification, and quality checks.                                                                                                                   

For the purposes of this policy, exceptional circumstances shall be limited to the following:

(a) Manufacturing defect in the product;
(b) Incorrect product delivered, including wrong size, colour, or style, not matching the original order.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection shall be taken by Loqomotive Fashions Pvt. Ltd. and shall be final and binding.

EMI Purchases:

  • Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed, subject to a limit of one exchange per order and size availability.

Note - We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 75 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the returned package.

Bundle Offer – Partial Return Policy (Discount Forfeiture):

Bundle offers are valid only when all required items in the bundle are purchased and kept. If you return any item from the bundle, causing the bundle to be incomplete, the bundle discount will no longer apply. In such cases, the discount will be forfeited, and your refund will be recalculated based on the standard prices of the items you keep.
